Abstract

The National Institute of Educational Testing Service of Thailand (NIETS) is a public organization, set up to provide valid information about quality in education of Thai students both formal and non-formal education systems. This organization plays an important role in improving both short-term and long-term national education. The score uses include: 1) students' 2) parents 3) teachers 4) school administrators 5) administrators 6) government agencies 7) government and 8) abroad.

That new knowledge should develop and used include; 1) The program analyzes the test scores and calibrates the test scores 2) T-Score and Equating 3) Using computerized tests 4) Psychometric 5) E-Testing and M-Testing 6) Tailored Testing 7) Complexity Exams 8) Examining Lessons Less than 1 Lesson 9) Report the level of knowledge and ability of the examiners and 10) Applying the test scores to the university, to work in a foreign company.

NIETS scores should link to skills development needed to learn in the 21st century: (1) The 3Rs are reading, writing, and arithmetic, (2) Work skills include; Foundation Literacy, Competency, and Character Quality. It also emphasizes on the government's policy of Thailand 4.0, which sets a clear direction in driving Thailand's economy with technology, creativity, and innovation to create a future industry.
