Developing of Conflict Management System for the Health Care Services under Act Section 41 in the Government Hospital, Nongbua Lamphu

This research aims to study conflict management system for medical and health care services under Act section 41 and the situation of the preliminary payment considerations for service recipients who have been damaged by medical and public health services under Act section 41 of government hospitals in Nongbua Lamphu. This descriptive research was secondary data used during the fiscal year 2011-2020, 77 samples who claim for medical and public health services. Tools used include a recording of SWOT analysis, process development and considering the basic allowance. Descriptive statistics were used, including percentage, mean, and content analysis.
The results showed the respondents were 44.4%, 40.3%, and 11.7% respectively. The cause of the complaint was death, injury, disability, and disability were 31.2%, 10.4%, and 72.7% respectively, and pay for the respondents 100,000 Baht up about 72.7 %. After they use new process, problems that are easily solved, cost be saved, simplicity, speed and confidentiality. After development process, establishment of requirements, personal development, goals and results of remedies under Section 41, we can reduce the compensation rate
