Abstract

Healthy people are important factors for development, but the transformation of socioeconomics, culture, technology inbound and outbound country causes lifestyles of people change to consumerism, which increase non-communicable deceases. Health promotion should be strengthened on attitude changing instead of knowledges only to increase health literacy. Transformative learning is the process of frame of reference or habit changing. The activities to transform attitude comprise of disoriented dilemma, dialog, premise orientation and attitude changing to behavioral changing integrated with developed processing of health literacy which contains accessing, understanding, interrogating, deciding, practicing and passing on opened-mind reception and gratitude.
