This.research is conducted by a single group of Experimental Quasi Research with pre and post evaluation.The objective is to study the effects of caregiver participation enhancing program on ability to care for children with febrile convulsion. The samples comprise thirty caregivers of pediatric patients and thirty pediatric patientswith high fever admitted between April and May 2020 in the pediatric ward of NongBuaLamphu HospitalResearch tools are participation enhancing program of caregiver of high fever children. Individual lesson plan Patient Care Child with high fever , leaflets knowledge of convulsions, high fever and clip video 's. The care of high feverchildren ,knowledge questionnaire, skill evaluation form for caregiver of children with high fever and body temperature andheart rate records of pediatric patients. The statistical analysis derivedfrom percentage, mean, standard deviation, Extract probability test, and multivariable multi-level mixed-effect linear regression The research results showed that after using the program, The average score of knowledge to answer correctly add up all of it. a statistically significant ( the p = <0.001 ) and their skills in caring for pediatric patients can be all correct.After using the program
the body temperature after wiping the body reduced by 1.30 degrees Celsius (95% CI = - 1.41 , - 1.19) * which reduce temperature climates than before the program was statistically significant ( the p = 0.011), but not the fact of the change rate of heart and no incidence of seizures
