Intubation Situation and complications in Patients with Anesthesia, Udonthani Cancer Hospital.

This research was a retrospective study aimed to study the Intubation Situation and complication in Patients with Anesthesia at Udonthani Cancer Hospital. The 313 sample were retrieved from patient’s record form during general anesthesia with intubation endotracheal tube in Udonthani Cancer Hospital during 1 January to 31 December 2019. Data collection from anesthetic record and check list for post anesthetic complication record form and analyzed results using statistics : mean , Standard deviation, medain, interquatile range ,maximum and minimum. The result showed that 41 cases (13.09%) were included the incidence of difficult intubations during anesthesia. There were 17 cases (5.43%) predicted and 24 cases (7.67%) unpredictable patients .Number of intubation increased according to the evaluate mallampati classification increasing the other hand intubation complications not incidence of severe complications included chipped teeth, loose tooth, sore throat and hoarseness.
