Abstract

The  Participatory Action Research aimed to study and evaluate development of progressive records of wound at Surgical Department, Kumphawapi Hospital. The sample purposive sampling consisted of 32 Professional Nurses and 30 patients with chronic ulcers in Surgical Department, Kumphawapi Hospital. Purposive sampling, Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis and paired t-test. The study result showed that, 1. The progressive records of wound developed consisted of a 1) Demographic data. 2) PUSH Tool Version 3.0.3) Application Line group. 2. The both samples were mostly satisfaction at highest level (93.80)(83.30). The comparison of satisfaction’ used records were satisfaction of the both samples after development high than before development at the significance level of .05 (P=.000)(P=.000) respectively.3. The health team personnel samplehad knowledge score after development high than before development at the significance level of .05 (P=.002). The result from development, User of records should have knowledge and understanding in records and assessment of progressive records of wound and should using with Application Line for performance of communication.
