การพัฒนาแนวทางการป้องกันการแพร่กระจายเชื้อในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี

Abstract

This research is the Participatory Action Research. The project purpose of this study were to develop nursing guideline to prevention the spread of infection in patient department of Kumpawapi Hospital, Udonthani province during June to October,2012. The study sample of 100 registered nurses in medical ward and there are 3 phase including situation study phase, action phase and development phase. Data were collected by Nursing guideline, Examination test, Observation and Interview analysis by descriptive statistic, Pair sample T-test and analysis of Qualitative data.
Result revealed that after implementing increased knowledge score (p<.01) and practice for Prevention transmission infection increase all practice. The satisfaction at the much level 98-100% and a whole glade and accept to use this guideline. Result of infection decrease from 1.39 to 1.11 per 1000 of admission day.
