DEVELOPMENT OF NURSING PRACTICE GUIGELINE FOR MATERNAL IN FIRST STAGE LABOUR, PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, LUMNAMPAO NET WORK ,UDORNTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

This study aimed to develop the clinical nursing practice guideline (CNPG) for Maternal in first stage Labour, participation of community hospital, lumnampao Net work, Udonthani province. During 1^st April to 30^th September 2020. The Sample group is term pregnancy in 20 mothers  of kumpawapi hospital. community hospital, lumnampao Net work, in 45 mothers, 10 nurses of kumpawapi hospital and 14 nurses of community hospital, lumnampao Net work. The IOWA Model of evidence-base practice to promotes quality care was used as a framework for developing the CNPG. The tools includes 1.General information questionnaire 2.Assessment of CNPG 3.Opinion survey of using CNPG 4.Knowledge test of the nurses. The content validity index is 0.90, analyze data by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Outcome evaluation found that :1) the professional nurses perceived feasibility and benefit of applying the CNPG for first stage Labour at all stage 2) no compication per maternal and newborn after delivery 3)The top three opinions on the CNPG rated by the professional nurses were 1)  Help solve the problems immediately (X = 4.87, SD = 0.34) 2) can be used (X = 4.84 , SD = 0.36)  and 3) plan of care immediately (X = 4.82, SD =0.38).
