The influence of administrative affecting the Tahi traditional medicine service of five star standard criteria of sub district health promotion hospital quality development in NongKhai province

The Cross-Sectional Descriptive Research aimed to study the influence of administrative affecting the Thai Traditional Medicine service of Five Stars Standard Criteria of Sub district Health Promoting Hospital Quality Development in Nong Khai Province. The total numbers of volunteers in this study were 148. 118 volunteers provided quantitative data through a self-administered questionnaire while other 12 participated in focus group for qualitative data. Index of item objective congruence (IOC) between 0.67 - 1.00. Data collection was carried out from September 1st to September 30th, 2018. The data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation and multiple linear regressions, content analysis were used to analyze the data.
The results showed that the level of administrative was high (3.69±0.53) Administrative had positively high relationship with the Thai Traditional Medicine service of Five Stars Standard Criteria of Sub district Health Promoting Hospital Quality Development with a level of statistical (r = 0.836, p-value < 0.001). There were three factors chosen into the predict model at statistically significant level of 0.05. Administrative of Controlling (p-value < 0.001) Organizing (p-value < 0.001) and Material (p-value = 0.004). Together, these three factors could predict the Thai Traditional Medicine service of Five Stars Standard Criteria of Sub district Health Promoting Hospital Quality Development at 75.4 percent (R = 0.754, P-value <0.001). Most of the problems and obstacles encountered were personnel factors and budget factor.
