Abstract

This research was conducted for developing nursing care services for new cases Tuberculosis (TB) and investigated satisfaction of nursing care service team to develop nursing care system at Sawangdaendin Crown Prince Hospital. This study was performed during April 1, to July 31., 2018 The research tools composed of 2 main parts. There were of 1) the work flow of nursing care services and patient care manual for new TB case. 2) The performance observation records of nursing care service team and the health care providers’ perspectives. The respondents were 35 members of nursing care service team and 139 suspect TB patients. The results of developed system during the operation phase we identified 18 patients (12.94%) were X-Ray positive with TB sign and 15 out of 18 patients (9.35%) were positive sputum AFB. While, nursing care service team revealed that the accuracy to follow the work flow approximately 96.00%. The satisfaction of nursing care service team was divided into each aspect accordingly, content precisely approximately 72.00%, easy to work approximately 72.60%, proper for apply approximately 71.40%, and the efficiently apply as the real situation approximately 72.00%.
