The quasi-experimental research aimed to study effects of warming program on core temperature and shivering among patients receiving cesarean section undergoing spinal anesthesia, Kumpawapi Hospital. The sample purposive sampling consisted of 7 nurses anesthetist and 60 patients receiving cesarean section undergoing spinal anesthesia, Kumpawapi Hospital. The study was conducted during August 1 to October 31, 2020. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, independent t-test and paired t-test. The study result showed that, 1.The experimental group had mean core temperature significantly higher than in the control group at .05 level and had mean the incidence of shivering significantly lower than in the control group at .05 level. 2.The nurse anesthetist had mean knowledge score after gaining knowledge high than before gaining knowledge at the significance level of .05. 3.The nurses anesthetist using total warming program can prevented hypothermia and shivering in operating room at the high level. The result from, Should take education with nurses anesthetist, be aware important of using warming program, maximum benefit with patients. And prevent hypothermia and shivering.
