บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพทางอินเตอร์เน็ตของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวกจำนวน 120 ราย โดยวิธีการประชาสัมพันธ์ จากหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ.2560 เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความต้องการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพทางอินเตอร์เน็ต มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .90, .86, และ .79 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุแบบเชิงชั้น
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความต้องการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพและอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพสามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพได้ร้อยละ 48.2 (R2 = .482, F(2,117) =54.42, p < .001) เมื่อเพิ่มปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ อายุครรภ์ ลำดับที่ของการตั้งครรภ์ และภาวะสุขภาพ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพได้เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 4.6 (R2= .528, F(6,113)= 21.10, p < .001) ดังนั้นพยาบาลและบุคลากรในทีมสุขภาพควรประเมินความต้องการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ และอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการข้อมูลและลดอุปสรรคในการแสวงหาข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพทางอินเตอร์เน็ตของหญิงตั้งครรภ์
