บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน และปัจจัยทำนายความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ของมารดาที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ มารดาหลังคลอดที่จะกลับไปทำงาน จำนวน 155 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ
ครอนบาค .74, .73, .94, .92 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือน
เท่ากับ 36.70 (SD = 7.44) การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการสนับสนุนการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียว 6 เดือนได้ร้อยละ 46.5 โดยการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่เป็นตัวทำนายที่ดีที่สุดและมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = .50, p< .001) ดังนั้นพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมความตั้งใจในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ โดยเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวและโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมร่วมกับการรับรู้ความสามารถในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
