ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์

พฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลที่ดีจะช่วยให้สตรีตั้งครรภ์มีระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์และปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ สตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์จำนวน 110 ราย ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ ในจังหวัดชลบุรี คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์ ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง และพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ทุกรายมีระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ปกติ ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตคือ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง (β = .483, t = 5.933, p < .001) และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (β = .213, t = 2.619, p = .01) โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดของสตรีที่เป็นเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ได้ร้อยละ 30.1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F(1,107) = 6.858, R2 = .301, p = .01) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาล ที่ส่งเสริมให้สตรีตั้งครรภ์มีการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองและมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับภาวะเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์เพื่อให้มีพฤติกรรมการควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลในเลือดที่ดีต่อไป
