บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความตั้งใจในการให้นมแม่
แก่ทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดของมารดามุสลิม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดามุสลิมหลังคลอด 3 ถึง 7 วันที่มีทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดอายุครรภ์ น้อยกว่า 37 สัปดาห์ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จำนวน 74 ราย เข้ารับการรักษาที่หออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต และหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดป่วย ในโรงพยาบาลปัตตานี และโรงพยาบาลยะลา เก็บข้อมูลในเดือน มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2563 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามการคล้อยตามกลุ่มผู้ใกล้ชิดในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้
ความสามารถในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามความตั้งใจในการให้นมแม่ ความเชื่อมั่นของแอลฟ่าครอนบาคทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .93, .94, .89 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การคล้อยตามกลุ่มผู้ใกล้ชิดในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เป็นตัวแปรเพียง
ตัวเดียวที่สามารถทำนายความตั้งใจในการให้นมแม่ได้ร้อยละ 30.2 (R2 = .302, F (1, 74) = 31.18,
p < .001) ผลการ ศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า การส่งเสริมการให้นมแม่แก่ทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด ควรเพิ่มการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มผู้ใกล้ชิด เพื่อส่งเสริมความตั้งใจของมารดาในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่
