ผลของยาพอกสมุนไพรลดอาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของยาพอกสมุนไพรลดอาการปวดเข่าในผู้สูงอายุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 40 คน ได้รับยาพอกสมุนไร 3 ครั้ง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินระดับความปวด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงความถี่จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หลังการพอกสมุนไพรในผู้สูงอายุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม คะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับความความปวดเข่าลดลง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) ยาพอกสมุนไพรสามารถลดความปวดและลดความฝืดของข้อเข่าช่วงเวลาในการลุกเดินได้ส่งผลให้ความสามารถในการใช้งานดีขึ้นผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่ายาพอกสมุนไพรเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งในการรักษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
