การพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพจิต

อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจําหมู่บ้าน เป็นกลไกสําคัญของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขที่ใกล้ชิดกับประชาชนมากที่สุด ครอบคลุมทุกหมู่บ้านทั่วประเทศ และจากสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย เพื่อการควบคุมและป้องกันจากสถานการณ์วิกฤตการระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา และดูแลสุขภาพทางกายและสุขภาพจิตของประชาชนในแต่ละหมู่บ้านอย่างเหมาะสม บทความนี้ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพจิต ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ประกอบด้วย (1) ด้านการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (2) ด้านการพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (3) ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านสุขภาพ และ (4) ด้านการออกแบบสร้างคุณค่า ขับเคลื่อนและขยายผลแกนนำอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากร ที่เกี่ยวข้องในหน่วยงานของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านสุขภาพจิตต่อไปในอนาคต
