การมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขด้านการวางแผน ด้านการดำเนินการ ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร และด้านการประเมินผลในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) และเพื่อการสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมของอสม. ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อสม. ที่มีชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนรายชื่อในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 389 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามระหว่างเดือน ตุลาคม ถึงเดือน ธันวาคม 2564 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของอสม.ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) ซึ่งแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) อสม.มีส่วนร่วม ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) อยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้านที่ศึกษาเรียงตามลำดับคะแนน ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร ( = 4.20, SD = 0.59) รองลงมาเป็นด้านการดำเนินการ ( = 4.06, SD = 0.63) ด้านการประเมินผล (= 3.95, SD = 0.62) และด้านการวางแผน (= 3.87, SD = 0.67) 2) การสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมของอสม. ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนดังนี้ ด้านการประเมินผล ( = 3.97, SD = 0.73) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร (= 3.94, SD = 0.66) ด้านการดำเนินการ ( = 3.90, SD = 0.65) และด้านการวางแผน (= 3.88, SD = 0.68) จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า องค์กรด้านสุขภาพสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (COVID-19) เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุมีสุขภาพจิตที่ดี สามารถดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีต่อไป
