ผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่อการรับรู้พลังอำนาจและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุข้อเข่าเสื่อมของหมอนวดชุมชน

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อน-หลัง การทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่อการรับรู้พลังอำนาจและพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุข้อเข่าเสื่อมของหมอนวดชุมชน โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการเสริมสร้างพลังอํานาจของ Gibson กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหมอนวดชุมชน ในเขตรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลในเขตอําเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จํานวน 24 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมเสริมสร้างพลังอํานาจประกอบด้วย 1) การค้นพบสภาพการณ์จริง 2) การสะท้อนคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ 3) การตัดสินใจเลือกวิธีปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมกับตนเอง และ 4) การคงไว้ซึ่งการปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม 4 ครั้ง ใช้เวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ส่วนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลทั่วไป การรับรู้พลังอำนาจตนเองของหมอนวดชุมชน และพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้สูงอายุข้อเข่าเสื่อมของหมอนวดชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้พลังอำนาจตนเองของหมอนวดชุมชน หลังการเสริมสร้างพลังอํานาจสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (t =-3.26, p-value <.05) และพฤติกรรมการดูผู้สูงอายุข้อเข่าเสื่อมของหมอนวดชุมชน หลังการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (t =-3.49, p-value <.05) การวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสามารถนำมาพัฒนาแนวทางในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุข้อเข่าเสื่อมของหมอนวดชุมชนเพื่อเพิ่มการรับรู้พลังอำนาจของตนเอง และศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในกลุ่มหมอนวดแผนไทยที่ปฏิบัติงานในคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยระดับจังหวัดเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพของผู้ประกอบอาชีพหมอนวดแผนไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง
