การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิต พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลนาวุ้ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลนาวุ้ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 130 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ระดับดี (M= 100.31, SD =0.69) มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M= 4.08, SD=0.97; M= 4.12, SD=0.86 ตามลำดับ) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r=.648, p < .01; r=.246, p < .01 ตามลำดับ) จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรสุขภาพสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ โดยเน้นการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม
