ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในชุมชนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จังหวัดชลบุรี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 138 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคและการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การรับรู้นโยบายในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค และพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในชุมชนของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (M = 4.41, SD = 0.11) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคและการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การรับรู้นโยบายในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค และการได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .817, p <.01; r = .579, p < .01; r = .540, p < .01; r = .602, p < .01ตามลำดับ)
จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชนและบุคลากรด้านสุขภาพสามารถนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนากิจกรรม/ โปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมให้อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีพฤติกรรมการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยเน้นเรื่องความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคและการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค การได้รับการสนับสนุนด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค และการรับรู้นโยบายในการดำเนินงานควบคุมโรค
