บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดาของมารดาที่ทำงานนอกบ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ มารดาที่มีบุตรอายุ 4-6 เดือนที่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิถึงระดับตติยภูมิที่มีผู้มาใช้บริการมากที่สุดในชลบุรี จำนวน 135 ราย ระหว่างเดือนมกราคมถึงมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดา ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง ภาวะสุขภาพของมารดา ความขัดแย้งในบทบาท ความเครียด พื้นฐานอารมณ์ของทารก และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำเข้า

ผลการศึกษา พบว่ามารดาที่ทำงานนอกบ้านมีความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดาเท่ากับ 101.16 ระดับมาก ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลคือความขัดแย้งในบทบาท (ß=-.543,p<.001) ภาวะสุขภาพของมารดา (ß=.267,p<.001) ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง (ß=.157,p<.001) ความเครียด (ß=-.077,p=.009) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (ß=.061,p=.048) และพื้นฐานอารมณ์ของทารก (ß=.057,p =.020) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดาได้ร้อยละ 92.5 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R²=925,p<.05)

ผลการศึกษามีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรมีการประเมินปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดาของมารดาที่ทำงานนอกบ้าน และจัดกิจกรรมที่ช่วยส่งเสริมความสำเร็จในการดำรงบทบาทมารดา เช่น การให้สุขศึกษา การให้ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลบุตร เป็นต้น
