ผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ที่อยู่ภายใต้ความดูแลของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลแห่งหนึ่งในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 20 คน ดำเนินการวิจัยในช่วง กรกฎาคม ถึงตุลาคม 2567 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการทดลอง ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพ อสม. ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรม ขั้นที่ 1 การพัฒนาศักยภาพของอสม. โดยจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ขั้นที่ 2 ขั้นปฏิบัติของ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) โดยลงเยี่ยมบ้าน เพื่อติดตามอาการพร้อมทั้งให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำแก่ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง และ 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ (1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป (2) แบบประเมินความรู้ (3) แบบประเมินทัศนคติ และ (4) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI) เท่ากับ 1 ทดสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่นคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน (KR-20) เท่ากับ .82 และตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติค่าที (dependent t-test)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อสม. มีความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับร่วมโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01, p < .05 และ p< .05 ตามลำดับ) แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมฯ สามารถพัฒนาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงให้เพิ่มขึ้นได้ อย่างไรก็ตามควรมีการศึกษาในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรังในโรคกลุ่มอื่นเพื่อพัฒนาให้เหมาะสมต่อไป
