Abstract

Abstract

This study is a action research aimed to develop a service system that is centered on HIV / AIDS patients. By studying the group of service providers and people living with HIV From the hospital center General hospital And 10 community hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima province. Between October 2018 and September 2019, the research instruments consisted of Quantitative data Secondary data from the AIDS Data Collection Program (NAP Program) and data from multidisciplinary teams in hospital services Qualitative data can be obtained from observations. Individual in-depth interviews and lesson transcriptNetwork operation Data checking triangular Data analysis using classification techniques Interpretation and conclusion In order to analyze the problem. The findings of  research were as follows.  The process of service system that is centered on HIV / AIDS patients  was done  by the administrator , responsible , multidisciplinary and the network consistance .  1) Appoint a committee to develop a service-centered HIV / AIDS service system development project. 2) Appoint and increase the capability of the coach team at the provincial level to assist in the operations consultancy. 3) Training to increase the potential of the multidisciplinary team In maintenance And consulting services. 4). Target service unit operates to improve service quality according to the situation Each area context (Quality Improvement: QI) 5). Improve the system for using NAP-Program data and evaluate. 6). Take off the operating lessons and Coaching results  The next phase of system development is

          The next term development  phases of the appropriateness and  continuity of and HIV/ AIDS  health care service system  were development of HIV/ AIDS  health care system , practice quidelines, and caring standards for  HIV/ AIDS  patients. Both hospitals established  a   center  responsible  for HIV/ AIDS  patient  data and information. The caring system has been developed to cover these 4 aspects which needs administrator support in term of   policy  and  resources, and  data  management for improvement  through the  monitoring and  evaluation  process  must related  the  area  context, the  potential  of  service  provider and  community way of life.
