ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคลากรที่มีภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรม โรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคลากรที่มีภาวะ เมตาบอลิกซินโดรม 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคลากรที่มีภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรม โรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 130 คน ที่มีภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรม เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ความเที่ยงโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.90 และ 0.84 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับดี (M= 4.02, SD= 0.50; M= 2.60, SD= 0.30)
2. การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพโดยรวมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน (r =0.05) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุด ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพด้านการจัดการความเครียด (r =.34; p<.01) และการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพตนเอง (r = .18; p<.05)
ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรที่มีภาวะเมตาบอลิกซินโดรมให้มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมควรส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคและการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการป้องกันโรคเพื่อเป็นสิ่งสนับสนุนในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพไปในทางบวก
