ปัจจัยคัดสรรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 เขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 และ 2) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยคัดสรรต่อความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำนวน 143 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย ความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยา ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการสื่อสารทางสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยา ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และการสื่อสาร ทางสุขภาพโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M=2.98, SD=0.48; M=3.02, SD=0.71; M=2.87, SD=0.61) ตามลำดับ และคะแนนเฉลี่ยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (M=2.46, SD=0.55)
2. ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการสื่อสารทางสุขภาพสามารถร่วมกันทำนายความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาได้ร้อยละ 39.50 (R2adj =.395, p<.01) โดยความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ มีความสามารถทำนายความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาสูงสุด (Beta= .513; p<.01) รองลงมา ได้แก่ การสื่อสารทางสุขภาพ และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม (Beta =.334, p<.05; Beta =.262, p<.05) ตามลำดับ
ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยาของผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคเบาหวานควรคำนึงถึง การปรับเปลี่ยนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ การสื่อสารทางสุขภาพเป็นสำคัญ เพื่อให้เกิดการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม อย่างยั่งยืน
