ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการทำวิจัยของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 262 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการทำงานวิจัย และพฤติกรรมการทำงานวิจัย ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.82 และ 0.90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. การทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลบ้านโป่ง พบว่า บุคลากรมีประสบการณ์การทำวิจัย ร้อยละ 22.5 มีความสนใจทำงานวิจัย ร้อยละ 51.1 สนใจทำการวิจัยเชิงทดลองมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 39 มีความต้องการทำวิจัย ร้อยละ 45.52 และใช้งบประมาณส่วนตัว ร้อยละ 64.4
2. ทัศนคติต่อการทำวิจัย ทักษะการทำวิจัย และลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบสามารถร่วมกันทำนาย การทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรได้ร้อยละ 11.80 (R2adj = 0.118 p<.05) โดยทัศนคติต่อการทำวิจัยมีผลต่อการทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรสูงสุด (Beta= .555; p<.01) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ทักษะการทำวิจัย และลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ (Beta=.193, p<.05; Beta =.176, p<.05) ตามลำดับ
ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมการทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากรผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมทัศนคติต่อการทำวิจัย ทักษะการทำวิจัยจัดสรรด้านงบประมาณ รวมกับปัจจัยสนับสนุนอื่นๆ เพื่อสร้างแรงจูงใจและส่งเสริมการทำงานวิจัยของบุคลากร
