ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาชนิดวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง กับพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาและ ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง และ พฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.89, 0.81 และ 0.87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r= .467, p< .01, r= .392, p< .01 ) ตามลำดับ
2. สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 25.2 (R2 adj=.252, p<.01) โดยการเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาของนักศึกษาสูงสุด (β= .362, p< .01) รองลงมาได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว (β= .213, p< .01) ตามลำดับ
ดังนั้นการจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการมีคุณค่าในตนเอง ร่วมกับการเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ที่ดี ย่อมส่งผลให้นักศึกษามีพฤติกรรมการเผชิญปัญหาที่เหมาะสมได้
