ประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองต่อความวิตกกังวล คุณภาพการเตรียมลำไส้ใหญ่ และระยะเวลาในการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่แบบวันเดียวกลับ โรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาคร

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองต่อความวิตกกังวลก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ คุณภาพการเตรียมลำไส้ใหญ่ และระยะเวลาในการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เข้ารับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่แบบวันเดียวกลับ แบ่งเป็น กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการจัดการตนเอง แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลก่อนส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ และแบบประเมินคุณภาพการเตรียมลำไส้ใหญ่ ดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของเครื่องมือ เท่ากับ 0.89, 0.91 และ 0.91 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Independent t-test และ Paired Samples t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความวิตกกังวลต่ำกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมและต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001)
2. กลุ่มทดลองมีคุณภาพการเตรียมลำไส้ใหญ่โดยตนเองและโดยแพทย์สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001, p<.01 ตามลำดับ) และกลุ่มทดลองมีระยะเวลาในการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ น้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001)
จากผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองมีประสิทธิผลทำให้ความวิตกกังวลในผู้เข้ารับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ลดลง สามารถเตรียมลำไส้ใหญ่ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ และส่งผลให้ใช้ระยะเวลาในการตรวจน้อยลง
