ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ในเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของศูนย์สุขภาพชุมชนเมืองโรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำนวน 96 คน คัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง คุณภาพด้านความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความรู้ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพ เท่ากับ 0.89 แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ เท่ากับ 0.865 แบบสอบถามการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติตน เท่ากับ 0.70 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ยกเว้นด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตนด้านสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับไม่ดี
2. การเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ พบความแตกต่างกัน 3 คู่ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 อายุ 40-44 ปี กับอายุ 45-49 ปี 2) อายุ 40-44 ปี กับอายุ 50-54 ปี และ 3) อายุ40-44 ปี กับอายุ 55-59 ปี
ดังนั้นแนวทางส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพควรจัดกิจกรรมให้เหมาะสมตามช่วงอายุและเน้นให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโรคและการปฏิบัติตนเพื่อให้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสมต่อไป
