ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอบางคนที จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสังคมและด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุติดสังคมสามารถสื่อสารได้ ในเขตอำเภอบางคนที จำนวน 382 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมุติฐานด้วยค่าไคสแควร์ และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M= 2.06, SD= 0.45) ด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ คุณภาพชีวิตด้านจิตใจอยู่ในระดับดี (M= 2.67, SD= 0.49)
2. ปัจจัยภายในด้านสุขภาพด้านจิตใจ (r =.686, p<.000) และด้านสุขภาพด้านร่างกาย (r=.645, p<.000) มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ปัจจัยภายนอกด้านการสนับสนุนเชิงโครงสร้าง (r =.151, p<.000) มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 บุคลากรทางสุขภาพและผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์ การขับเคลื่อนโยบายเพื่อเตรียมการรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพสังคมของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงประเด็นความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ และเพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถดำรงชีวิตอย่างมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรีต่อไป
