การพัฒนาระบบบริการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับในโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย จังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบบริการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบ วันเดียวกลับ 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของระบบบริการพยาบาลตามแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับในโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย จังหวัดราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 14 คน และผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับ จำนวน 122 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แนวทางดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับ 2) แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมของแนวทางดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยต่อบริการ 4) แบบบันทึกผลลัพธ์การดูแล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- คะแนนเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมของแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับ ในโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย อยู่ในระดับมาก
- คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจต่อบริการ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
- อาการปวดแผลผ่าตัดหรือปวดในส่วนที่ทำหัตถการของกลุ่มทดลองน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
ดังนั้นการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดแบบวันเดียวกลับควรมีการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนรับการตรวจและการติดตามผลการรักษาจากโรงพยาบาลในเครือข่ายเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดทั้งในเรื่องความสะดวกในการรับการรักษา การลดค่าใช้จ่าย และลดระยะเวลาในการเดินทางของผู้ป่วย
