รูปแบบการพัฒนามาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ในสถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันเฉพาะยาบรรจุเสร็จที่ไม่ใช่ยาอันตรายหรือยาควบคุมพิเศษ (ข.ย.๒) จังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน พัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนามาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (GPP) ในสถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันเฉพาะยาบรรจุเสร็จที่ไม่ใช่ยาอันตรายหรือยาควบคุมพิเศษ (ข.ย.2) จังหวัดราชบุรีและเปรียบเทียบผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้รับอนุญาตสถานที่ขายยาประเภท ข.ย.2 จังหวัดราชบุรี 30 คน ดำเนินการตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคม 2566 - มกราคม 2567 รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบตรวจประเมิน GPP สถานที่ขายยาประเภท ข.ย.2 ใช้วงจรคุณภาพ (PDCA) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้รับบริการสถานที่ขายยา ที่เข้าร่วมพัฒนา โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบวิลคอกซัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
ผลการประเมินตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานก่อนกระบวนการพัฒนา ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนร้อยละ รวมและจำแนกรายหมวด ไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ ผลการประเมินหลังกระบวนการพัฒนาโดยใช้รูปแบบฯ จำนวน 18 ร้าน เปรียบเทียบค่ามัธยฐานพบว่าผลรวมทุกหมวด และจำแนกรายหมวดทุกหมวดเพิ่มขึ้น มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 (p<0.05) สำหรับผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
การวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่าการสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาที่เน้นการมีส่วนร่วม มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ทำให้สถานที่ขายยาประเภท ข.ย.2 มีการพัฒนาได้ตามมาตรฐาน GPP สามารถเป็นรูปแบบในการพัฒนาสถานที่ขายยาประเภทอื่นๆ
