ผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ต่อความรู้ ทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุ ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านตำบลพระอาจารย์ อำเภอองครักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก

การวิจัยกึงทดลองนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ต่อความรู้ และทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านและแบบประเมิน โดยแบบประเมินแบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุและทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุ ความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินความรู้และแบบประเมินทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมด้วยการใช้สูตร KR-20 เท่ากับ 0.84 ,0.82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
หลังเข้ารับโปรแกรมคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุและทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุระยะหลังทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .05)
ดังนั้นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขควรได้รับการเตรียมความพร้อมในการประเมินความเสี่ยงของภาวะสมองเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุร่วมกับการส่งเสริมทักษะการประเมินภาวะสมองเสื่อมเพิ่มศักยภาพการดูแลประชาชนกลุ่มเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงาน
