บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี และศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคลากรสังกัดขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรีที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) จำนวน 159 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงเชิงพรรณนา (การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไค-สแควร์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

ความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รวมถึงการมีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ และตำแหน่ง และความพร้อมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูงกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดจันทบุรี (r = .777) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

ข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้ดูแลระบบ e-Claim ควรได้รับการฝึกอบรมการใช้ระบบให้เหมาะสมกับงานของ รพ.สต. มากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อสามารถเป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยบันทึกข้อมูล ลดระยะเวลาการทำงาน และมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
