Satisfaction of Instructors and Nursing Students towards the Curriculum Administration by Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Ratchaburi in Academic Year 2020

The purposes of descriptive this research were to 1) determine the satisfaction of instructors and students towards the administration of the Bachelor of Nursing program and 2) compare the satisfaction of students towards the curriculum administration classified by year-class, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Ratchaburi in academic year 2020. The population was 39 full-time instructors and 458 nursing students. The research instrument consisted of two set of questionnaires; 1) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of instructors and 2) a questionnaire on the satisfaction of students towards the curriculum administration. They were tested for content validity and the reliability approached by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient were .94 and .95, respectively. The data were then analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe method. The study results revealed that:
1. The total mean score on satisfaction of instructors was at the high level (μ =4.46, σ = 0.58) and that of all students classified by year-class was at the highest level (μ = 4.80, σ = 0.75, μ = 4.74, σ = 0.74, μ = 4.78, σ = 0.74 and μ = 4.85, S.D. = σ, respectively).
2.The total mean score on satisfaction among 1-4 year-class students was statistically significantly different at the .05 level.
