Factors Affecting Drinking Water Quality with a Production Facility in Sa Kaeo Province
Keywords:
Drinking water, factors affecting drinking water quality, Sealed containersAbstract
The purpose of this research is a cross sectional research was to factors that are related to drinking water quality and factors affecting drinking water quality with a production facility in Sa Kaeo Province. The sample was 101 drinking water factories. Data collection by questionnaire and were then analyzed for finding descriptive statistics, Inferential statistics and predictive factors were analyzed using binary logistic regression analysis. The study results revealed as follows:
- Administrative factors were not related to drinking water quality. Factors of production are a machine factor (p=0.000), process control factors (p= 0.001), sanitation factor (p= 0.000) and personal hygiene factors (p= 0.002) were statistically significantly associated with, related to drinking water quality.
- Machine factor (OR=86795 CI=61.381, 122,730,645; p= 0.002) and management factors (OR=19.036 CI=1.619, 223.861; p= 0.019) were statistically significantly associated with ability of variables to be predictive factors affecting drinking water quality
Therefore, implementation of upgrading drinking water quality should focus on educating manufacturers of machine tools and competent officials must seriously enforce the law.
