Application of clinical reasoning processes in nursing diagnosis writing for nursing students
Abstract
Nursing diagnosis it is the application of theoretical knowledge to practice based on reasonable reasoning, to find the relationship between health condition and factors affecting health condition. Through the process of thinking analysis, the process of using both subjective and objective of information reasoning is summarized as a "nursing diagnosis", which forms the basis for the selection of nursing planning and practice approaches to remedy and promote the health of individual, family and community clients. Therefore, writing correct nursing diagnosis under an efficient clinical reasoning process helps nurses know the purpose and approach of the correct nursing plan, as a result, the service recipients are taken care of with quality and safety.
