The Learning Outcome of Nursing Leadership of Nursing Students Via Online Program

This research was quasi-experimental group (one group pre-test post-test design). The objective was to study the Learning Outcome of Nursing Leadership of Nursing Students Via Online Program. The sample consisted of 100 nursing students selected by purposive sampling from persons who met criteria. The instruments comprised with 1) Online Program 2) the leadership questionnaire 3) the satisfaction questionnaire. The content validity Index was verified by 3 experts. The reliability of questionnaire was 0.96, 0.82. Analysis of data before and after studying the online program using dependent t-test statistics and assessment of satisfaction with the online program using descriptive statistics.
The study results showed that after participating in the online program, the sample group had a significantly higher average leadership score compared to before joining the program, with a statistical significance level of p < .01. Overall, the sample group's satisfaction level was high (M = 4.05, SD = 0.67). When considering each item, it was found that the online program could be used as an extracurricular supplementary course, with the highest average score (M = 4.15, SD = 0.64).
From the result, the findings suggest that the teachers who teach this subject should provide nursing students with learning leadership experiences using online learning.
