Abstract

The PRIDE (Papulopustules and/or paronychia, Regulatory abnormalities of hair growth, Itching, and Dryness due to Epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors) syndrome is a common cutaneous side effect of EGFR inhibitors used for the treatment of advanced, metastatic, or recurrent tumors like colorectal carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and pancreatic cancer.

We reported a 68-year-old man who received cetuximab for treatment of colorectal adenocarcinoma then developed multiple pruritic erythematous papules pustules on face, trunk and extremities.
