Abstract

Grover's disease or transient acantholytic dermatosis (TAD) is a recurrent, transient or persistent skin condition of unknown cause. It is currently classified as a non-familial, non-immune mediated ac:mtholytic disorder. We report a healthy old man with Grover's disease initially diagnosed as eczema. Both clinical assessment and skin biopsy are needed to obtain a diagnosis of this rare disease.
