องค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะของพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา องค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์การ ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวน 224 คน ในโรงพยาบาล ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ และโรงพยาบาลหัวหิน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะของพยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ใช้มาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ หาค่าดัชนีความตรงตาม เนื้อหาได้เท่า กับ 0.90 และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของ Cronbach ได้เท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีสกัดตัวประกอบหลัก หมุนแกนตัวประกอบ ออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสมรรถนะของพยาบาลหัวหน้า หอผู้ป่วย ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ สมัยใหม่ 2) การจัดการเชิงกลยุทธ์และการพัฒนาคุณภาพ 3) ภาวะผู้นำ 4) การบริหารจัดการ 5) ทักษะการสื่อสาร 6) คุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 7) ความเชี่ยวชาญเชิงวิชาชีพ และ 8) การติดต่อประสานงาน

The components of head nurse competencies at the tertiary level hospitals in Prachuab Khiri Khan Province.

The purpose of this research and development was to study the components of head nurse competencies and its variables that describe those major components at the Tertiary level hospital in Prachuap Khiri khan Province. The sample of 240 registered nurses who have been working at least one year was selected using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument that was employed was a questionnaire with rate scale on frequency of important competencies of the head nurses. Its content validity index was 0.90 and the reliability of the instrument was calculated by the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient which was at 0.98. Data were analyzed by Factor analysis using Orthogonal rotation by Varimax method.

The findings of this research was as follows: The eight components of head nurse competencies consisted of: 1) Modern human resource management, 2) Strategic management and Quality management, 3) Leadership, 4) Administration, 5) Communication skill, 6) Virtue and Ethics, 7) Professional expertise and 8) Coordination.
