ผลของการสวมกางเกงหลังคลอดกับการสวมผ้าถุง ในสตรีหลังคลอดทางช่องคลอดในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี

Abstract

งานวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการสวมกางเกงหลังคลอด กับการสวมผ้าถุงของสตรีหลังคลอดขณะนอนพักใน โรงพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจของแพทย์ต่อการตรวจแผล ฝีเย็บของสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวมกางเกงหลังคลอดกับสวม ผ้าถุง และความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลต่อการ ดูแลแผลฝีเย็บของสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวมกางเกงหลังคลอด กับสวมผ้าถุง กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 90 คน เป็นสตรีหลังคลอด แพทย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาล กลุ่มละ 30 คน เลือกแบบ บังเอิญ เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ของสตรีหลังคลอดต่อการสวมกางเกงหลังคลอดกับการ สวมผ้าถุง แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการตรวจแผล ฝีเย็บของแพทย์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการดูแลแผลฝีเย็บของเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาล แบบสอบถามทั้ง 3 ฉบับหาความเที่ยงได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.75 0.80 และ 0.79 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน และ t- test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวมกางเกง หลังคลอดมีความพึงพอใจสูงกว่าสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวม ผ้าถุง แพทย์ที่ตรวจสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวมกางเกงหลังคลอด มีความพึงพอใจต่อการตรวจแผลฝีเย็บสูงกว่าแพทย์ที่ตรวจ สตรีที่สวมผ้าถุงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ส่วนเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลที่ดูแลสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวมกางเกง หลังคลอดมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดูแลแผลฝีเย็บไม่แตก ต่างจากเจ้าหน้าที่พยาบาลที่ดูแลสตรีหลังคลอดที่สวม ผ้าถุง

Effects of postpartum pant and Sarong among post vaginal delivery women in Ramathibodi Hospital.

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare the satisfaction of post vaginal delivery women who wore postpartum pant and Sarong, the Obstetricians’ satisfaction on episiotomy wound examination and the staff nurses’ satisfaction on perineum care. A sample consisted of 30 post vaginal delivery women, 30 Obstetricians and 30 staff nurses. Research tools were the satisfaction questionnaires on wearing pants or Sarongs, episiotomy wound examination and perineum care. The reliability of tools were 0.75, 0.80 and 0.79 respectively. Mean, standard deviation and t-test were used in data analysis.

The results showed that the post vaginal delivery women who wore a postpartum pant had higher satisfaction than those who wore a Sarong. The Obstetricians who examined episiotomy wound in the women who wore a postpartum pant had higher satisfaction on episiotomy wound examination than those who wore a Sarong at p < .001. The staff nurses who cared for women in the two groups had no differences in satisfaction on perineum care.
