การใส่ใจตนเอง สมรรถนะตนเอง และคุณค่าตนเอง กับการจัดการอาการของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และปัจจัยทำนายการจัดการอาการของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ได้แก่ การใส่ใจตนเอง สมรรถนะตนเอง และคุณค่าตนเอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่มาตรวจรับการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน เลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การใส่ใจตนเอง สมรรถนะตนเอง คุณค่าตนเอง และการจัดการอาการของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ที่ผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน หาค่าดัชนีความตรงได้เท่ากับ 0.80 และหาค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ 0.73 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุแบบขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี มีสมรรถนะตนเองและการจัดการอาการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการใส่ใจตนเอง และคุณค่าตนเองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สมรรถนะตนเองสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการจัดการอาการได้ร้อยละ 23 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Self-compassion, self-efficacy, self-esteem and symptom management in HIV positive Patients.

The purpose of this study was to predict symptom management in HIV positive patients using the self-compassion, self-efficacy, and self-esteem as the predictors. The sample of 100 HIV positive patients who came to receive treatment at the Lerdsin Hospital, was randomly selected. The data were collected using the questionnaire including personal data, self-compassion, self-efficacy, self-esteem, and symptom management in HIV positive patients. The questionnaire was validated by a group of 3 experts. Its content validity index (CVI) was 0.80 and its reliability was 0.73. The data were analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results indicated that self-efficacy and symptom management in HIV positive patients were at the high level, whereas the self-compassion and self-esteem in HIV positive patients were at the moderate level. Only self-efficacy could predict symptom management. It accounted for 23 percents at p< .01.
