บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความปวดแผลฝีเย็บ และความพึงพอใจในการใช้เบาะโฟมรองนั่ง และห่วงผ้าห่มรองนั่งในสตรีหลังคลอดในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีหลังคลอดที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่หอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอดโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จำนวน 30 ราย เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบประเมินความปวดแผลฝีเย็บและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เบาะโฟมรองนั่งและห่วงผ้าห่มรองนั่ง หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจได้เท่ากับ 0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สตรีหลังคลอดที่ใช้เบาะโฟมรองนั่งมีความปวดแผลฝีเย็บไม่แตกต่างจากเมื่อใช้ห่วงผ้าห่มรองนั่ง แต่ภายหลังการใช้เบาะโฟมรองนั่ง หรือห่วงผ้าห่มรองนั่ง สตรีหลังคลอดมีความปวดแผลฝีเย็บลดลงจากก่อนใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 สตรีหลังคลอดมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เบาะ โฟมรองนั่งโดยรวมและในด้านการออกแบบ และด้านความสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน มากกว่าการใช้ห่วงผ้าห่มรองนั่งอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
