บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายแบบตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบเหตุผล การรับรู้อุปสรรคและการรับรู้ประโยชน์ ของการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักของบุคคลอายุ50 ปีขึ้นไป ที่ไม่มารับบริการส่องกล้องตรวจลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือบุคคลอายุ 50 ปีขึ้นไปที่ไม่มารับบริการส่องกล้องตรวจลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก ในโครงการตรวจคัดกรองเพื่อถวายเป็นพระราชกุศล โรงพยาบาลจุฬาภรณ์ จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผู้วิจัยใช้การสัมภาษณ์บุคคลทางโทรศัพท์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- 1. บุคคลที่ไม่มารับบริการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก มี 6 เหตุผลหลัก คือ ติดธุระ ร้อยละ 26 กลัวและ/หรือวิตกกังวล ร้อยละ 27.78มีปัญหาสุขภาพ ร้อยละ 12.04ไม่มีใครมาด้วย ร้อยละ 12.04 ลืม ร้อยละ 7.41และเดินทางไม่สะดวก ร้อยละ 6.48
- 2. บุคคลรับรู้อุปสรรคของการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ
( M = 2.17, SD = 1.37) และรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง(M = 4.36, SD = 0.43)
