Abstract
This participatory action research was a people oriented training project first pilot in Ban Sunsaai child development center , Parn district, Chiangrai province. The aim of this project was to empower and enable the people in promoting preschool health. The results showed, by means of Appreciation Influence Control process, that the expected problems which need to be solved were emotional quotient, bottle feeding habit, tooth brushing habit, low body weight and snacks eating habit. The short term of 6 months evaluation was taken after 5 policies were implemented. The participatory evaluation was taken after 1 year and the highest increasing mean of satisfaction scores were found on the bottle feeding habit.
