บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากในเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเด็กไทย-ฟันดีตำบลขะเนจื้อ อำเภอแม่ระมาด จังหวัดตากใน 4 ด้านคือ บริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการดำเนินงาน และผลผลิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ประสานงานโครงการในระดับจังหวัดและอำเภอ 4 คน ผู้บริหารด้านการศึกษา 9 คน ครูอนามัยโรงเรียน 9 คน ครูประจำชั้นและครูอื่นๆ ในโรงเรียน 53 คน บุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่ร่วมดำเนินโครงการ 20 คน และนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 350 คน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพด้วยการให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างอ่านแบบสอบถามและเขียนตอบเอง การทบทวนนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ตามลำดับ ในด้านบริบท มีความสอดคล้องระหว่างหลักการของโครงการกับนโยบายสาธารณสุขและนโยบายการศึกษา ส่วนเป้าหมายและกลยุทธ์ของโครงการมีความเหมาะสม ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ครูอนามัยมีประสบการณ์และความเข้าใจโครงการอย่างเพียงพอและผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุน แต่ยังไม่เพียงพอในด้านจำนวนผู้ร่วมดำเนินการ ความรู้ของครูอนามัยเอง งบประมาณ และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในโครงการ สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขมีปัจจัยนำเข้าเพียงพอดำเนินโครงการ ด้านกระบวนการ สามารถดำเนินการได้ตามแผน มีการบริหารจัดการตามมาตรฐาน ผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินโครงการแต่ยังขาดความต่อเนื่องในการกำกับติดตาม การประเมินด้านผลผลิตแสดงถึงประสิทธิผลของโครงการ นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสุขภาพช่องปาก มีพฤติกรรมทันตสุขภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และสภาวะช่องปากอยู่ในระดับดี
