Melioidosis usually causes systemic infection and septicemia, especially in those with immunocompromised host. Ocular involvement is rare and only 3 keratitis cases has been reported. The author presents Burkholderia pseudomallei keratitis in immunocompetent patient. Awareness with rapid diagnosis and proper management are important in endemic area.
