แนวทางการจัดบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการ ของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน

Abstract

          การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการในการรับบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้น ฐานของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน 2. แนวทางการจัดบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนโสตศึกษา ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย ได้จำนวน 444 คน และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจงโดยเป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี จำนวน 7 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

          ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันในการรับบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนความต้องการในการรับบริการทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. แนวทางการจัดบริการทางกาศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐานที่ตอบสนอง ความต้องการของนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรควรปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้เป็นเฉพาะความพิการ จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรควรเน้นให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง 2) ด้านครูผู้สอนควรจัดโครงการ  ฝึกอบรมให้ครูมีความรู้ต่างๆ เช่น การใช้ภาษามือ เทคนิคการสอน คำศัพท์เฉพาะ ควรพัฒนาระบบการคัดเลือกครูโดยต้องเป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาเฉพาะด้านความพิการ 3) ด้านกิจกรรมทางการเรียนการสอนควรจัดให้มีความหลากหลาย และดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้เรียน 4) ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดให้มีเพิ่มมากขึ้นเช่น เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องฉายภาพ ระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต และควรเพิ่มอัตราตำแหน่งสื่อการเรียนการสอนด้านคนที่เป็นล่ามภาษามือ 5) ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกควรจัดให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้เรียน เช่นสัญญาณเตือนภัย บันไดหนีไฟ 6) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษา ควรเพิ่มห้องเรียนและจัดสัดส่วนของผู้เรียนต่อห้องที่เหมาะสม และควรจัดและดูแลสภาพแวดล้อมให้สวยงามและสะอาดอยู่เสมอ

          This research aimed to study 1. current situation and need in receiving basic educational services of students with disability in hearing and communication. And 2. to suggest guideline on the arrangement of basic educational services in response to the need of students with disability in hearing and communication. Research sample were 444 students of  Mattayom 3 and 6 in the School for the Deaf selected by simple Purposive Sampling technique and 7 related experts in basic educational services development more than 10 years, Selected by purposive sampling. The data analyzed by statistic methods including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

          The studies were found that 1.the overall basic educational services received of students with disability in hearing and communication was at low level and the overall basic educational services needs of students with disability in hearing and communication was at highest level 2. guidelines on the arrangement of basic educational services in response to the need of students with disability in hearing and communication composed of 1) curriculum should be developed to be for persons with disability and the curriculum ’s objective should focus on active learning. 2) Teachers should be trained to develop their knowledge abilities; sign language, teaching technique, specific vocabularies, and the teacher recruitment system should be developed by selecting only people who graduated in disability education. 3) Learning activities should be had various and interesting 4) Instructional media should be had more; computers, projectors, the Internet and should increase sign language interpretation position 5) Facilities should be provided to enough for the number that needed; emergency alarm, fire stairs, etc. And 6) environment in school should add more; classrooms, consider appropriate number of students in a class, and keep the place always clean.
